Over the same two-day window, vitali87/code-graph-rag added 749 stars with 83% of measured commit authorship traced to one contributor, while ZhuLinsen/daily_stock_analysis added 906 stars with a more even 50% split. Four more repositories crossed our daily audit for the first time today — their numbers are a single snapshot, not yet a trend we can measure movement against.
The Two-Day Trail
Our own records, taken two days apart, show vitali87/code-graph-rag climbing from 3,138 stars on 2026-08-10 to 3,887 on 2026-08-12 — a gain of 749 stars over two days, not one. It pushed code as recently as today. On the same clock, ZhuLinsen/daily_stock_analysis went from 61,364 to 62,270 stars, a gain of 906 over the same two-day window, with a push logged one day ago. Neither number is a daily rate — we measured twice, two days apart, and that's the only window we can vouch for.
One Hand vs. Two
The authorship behind those two gains doesn't match. On code-graph-rag, one contributor accounts for 83% of the commits we measured. On daily_stock_analysis, the top contributor's share is 50% — half the commit history traces to one person, half to everyone else. That's a count of who typed the commits that exist today, nothing about who reviews them or who'd take over tomorrow.
Commit-authorship share is a measurement of concentration, not a verdict on maintenance capacity. An 83% share and a 50% share are two different facts about who wrote the code — draw no further conclusion from either.
